The system delivers all elements required for implementation, including: Implementation Guide   A step-by-step guide to successfully launching Senior LIFEsteps in the organization and training staff in administration of the assessment tools. Individual Assessment Booklets   Each booklet includes standardized screening tools, Wassenaar Continuum Scale, and a report form to assist in communicating results to the senior and family. Communication Brochures   The brochure presents an overview of Senior LIFEsteps designed to help older adults and their families understand the program and its benefits. Web-Based Data Entry   Senior LIFEsteps Assessment Internet Reporting (LAIR) allows communities to monitor trends. Security, programming, reporting, and phone support are included. On-Site Consulting   On-site consulting and training are available.
